I started training at BodyCo 9 months ago. I was 50 lbs overweight and I had an injured knee that certainly could not tolerate the extra weight nor the lack of strength needed to repair itself. I have now lost 40 lbs and I feel like a million bucks! Not only do I LOOK like a new person, but most importantly I FEEL like a new person. My muscles are toned and I carry myself with pride and confidence. Everything has become easier including my work, social and home life.
My trainer has an innate ability to be able to see what needs to be the focus for each of his clients on an individual basis. Rather than pushing his clients he leads them by teaching them better habits and nutrition. There is a great level of support and camaraderie between all the trainers and clients and it is a fun place to be. I can’t express in words how grateful I am!
