It’s all about the core! Everything depends on having strong core muscles – back, abs, hips. This 60-minutes class will focus on developing the strength and stability required for sports and daily activities.
I have been going to Bodyco for the last 2 years and it has changed my lifestyle and my body! I feel more confident, my posture has improved as has my strength. I have been able to rehab my hips and knee under my trainer’s watchful eye, and am doing things I never thought that I would be able to do.
